A « youth unleash your potential » exchange fair scheduled for Friday in Kinshasa

Kinshasa, April 15^th, 2025 (CPA)- A « youth unleash your potential » exchange fair is scheduled for Friday April 18^th in the commune of Gombe, north of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), to inspire and motivate young people to develop their potential. “We are organizing an exchange fair under the theme ”young people unleash your full potential“ to inspire and motivate young people by encouraging them to develop their potential and showing them concrete examples of success,” said Merveille Osamalo, president of the Independent Women’s Movement. “This activity will be an opportunity to provide practical advice on key topics such as entrepreneurship, self-management, and the impact of new technologies and encourage participants to implement strategies to achieve their goals,” she added. Ms. Osamalo, meanwhile, indicated that the participation of everyone is highly desirable. “Anyone can take part, but especially young women and men students from different academic institutions,” she said.  Created in December 2023, the Independent Women’s Movement aims to help women become independent, foster their self-fulfillment, acquire economic, emotional and social independence and develop their skills through training, workshops and conferences.
