Congo Football Cup: Katasi-Fizi Sport in Kinshasa preliminaries on Friday  

Kinshasa, April 4^th, 2025 (CPA) – The match between CS Katasi and FC Fizi has been scheduled for Friday at the Martyrs stadium in Kinshasa, to open the preliminary round of the Congo Football Cup, organized on Wednesday by the Kinshasa Football League (Lifkin), according to the calendar for this competition. The fixture list was drawn up on Wednesday following the draw for the preliminaries organised by the Kinshasa Football League, headed by Désiré Bonina Ifonge, at the headquarters of the Entente provinciale de football de Kinshasa (Epfkin), located at the Martyrs Stadium.  With the various clubs competing according to this schedule, the inaugural match between CS Katasi and FC Fizi was scheduled for 9am at the Martyrs Stadium. Two hours later, in the same sports facilities, the preliminary round of the 59th edition of the Coupe du Congo de football will take place for the city of Kinshasa, with the participation of 13 teams, including FC Golf, who were exempted from the first round.  Elk 47 FC take on TP Eliot at the start. Teke Humbu take on Nouvelle Vie at the Tata Raphaël stadium. In addition to these two matches at the Stade des Martyrs, there will be 4 others at the Stade Tata Raphaël, as follows: 9am: Teke Humbu- Nouvelle Vie, 11am: Salvador- Céleste AFC 1pm: TP Les Croyants-Levons-nous and at 3pm: AF Liwanda- Ajax Sport Congo.
