DRC: Women entrepreneurs encouraged to invest in the printing sector

Kinshasa, June 10th, 2025 (ACP). – Women entrepreneurs were urged on Tuesday in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), to invest in the printing sector through technological innovations that promote trade, during an interview with an entrepreneur working in the sector.

‘I’m sending out this message to all women who are lacking in an entrepreneurial sector to also dare with the printing sector, which offers a business opportunity for women’, said Christelle Adassa, manager of the printing company “Innovate Services”. ‘As a young company, we want to show them that in the Democratic Republic of Congo, there are women who can also invest and undertake in this technical sector to enhance and above all promote local skills and brands. ‘Innovate enterprise’ prints on all media. We print in modern screen printing and large format printing’, she added. She took the opportunity to welcome the first-ever printing trade fair held in the Democratic Republic of Congo from June 4th to June 7th, which will henceforth be a benchmark event that brought together professionals from the DRC’s printing sector. ‘It was an opportunity to bring this little-known sector to the attention of the general public, so as to be able to offer customers and partners personalized media with quality resolution’, she recalled. The exhibition brought together companies, suppliers, designers and experts in the sector to present the latest technological innovations in the printing industry. CPA/
