Kinshasa, May 14th, 2025 (CPA) – A Festival of Congo Entrepreneurs (FEC) under the theme: ‘Entrepreneurship, key to economic empowerment’, is scheduled for Saturday May 17th in Kinshasa (capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo) to exchange, exhibit and network with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship, CPA has learnt on Wednesday from the organisers. ‘We are organising this festival of entrepreneurs under the theme “entrepreneurship, key to economic empowerment” to have a framework for exchange, exhibition for business people, a networking space at the national museum located in the municipality of Lingwala, centre of Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with a view to promoting entrepreneurship,’ has said Goldie Mubungu, coordinator of ‘Fac boulot’, a production unit. ‘This event will be an opportunity for entrepreneurs brimming with creativity and promising projects to find out how to simplify the entrepreneurial process, how to access funding opportunities, and how to get the right training at the right time to better prepare themselves to meet the demands of a market that is constantly evolving and in the process of creating an innovative solution designed to unleash the potential of Congolese entrepreneurs’, he has added. This first edition of the Festival of Congolese Entrepreneurs will light up the National Museum in Kinshasa, vibrating to the rhythm of Congolese innovation and creativity, while launching and inviting students to get ready to experience this memorable day at the heart of our heritage,’ he has said.
