Kinshasa, May 20th, 2025 (CPA) – Some twenty agents and executives of the Industry Promotion Fund (FPI) have been sufficiently equipped in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, after two weeks of training in results-based management, has learned on Tuesday CPA from an administrative source.
« After two weeks of training, around twenty agents and executives from the Industry Promotion Fund have been adequately equipped for results-based management. It is on Tuesday May 20th in Kinshasa that the curtains have come down with the presentation of certificates to all the recipients », has declared Christian Obilingo, Director of Human Resources. For Mr Obilingo, who has represented DG Bertin Mudimu at the closing ceremony, the principles, values, approaches and tools of results-based management now constitute the basic strategy for the performance and modernisation of the governance of state enterprises. He hailed the reflections and the case studies on the emergence of an industrial network in DRC.
The Director of Human Resources has promised to extend this training to other provincial entities with the support of the General Management. Delivered by the Washington International Management Institute, the training session has placed a particular emphasis on industrial planning and management. CPA/
