politician)Kinshasa, April 2^nd, 2025 (CPA) – On the 7th day of political consultations held in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, a republican opposition politician called on Tuesday for the Suminwa government to be maintained, supported by technical and structural changes, in order to maintain the current development momentum. As far as we are concerned, we must first leave aside the question of sharing positions of responsibility, because the country is in danger. Instead, we need to focus on finding structural solutions. In other words, we must maintain the Suminwa government, but modify it structurally, so as not to break the momentum of development that already exists. Otherwise, we’ll start all over again’, said Constant Mutamba, the current Minister of State for Justice and Keeper of the Seals, interviewed as a political figure. We are proposing some technical adjustments. It’s a question of keeping the current structure instead of thinking that the problems will be solved by creating a government of 100 members, or 30 members… That’s not the problem.
