Royalty tax: taxpayers required to pay by  July 10th

Kinshasa, July 3rd, 2025 (CPA).- The taxpayers liable for the transfer of royalties tax for the second quarter of 2025 in the Democratic Republic of Congo have been jointly called upon by the General Secretariat for Industry and the General Direction of Administrative, Judicial, State Property and Participation Revenue (DGRAD) to pay their obligations by July 10th, 2025 at the latest, according to a statement consulted on Thursday at CPA.  ‘The General Secretary for Industry and the Director General of Administrative, Judicial, State Property and Participation Revenue (DGRAD) remind those subject to the royalty transfer tax that they are required to pay the said tax for the second quarter of 2025 by July 10th, 2025 at the latest,’ we can read in this statement. The document has specified that taxpayers who fail to meet the deadline will be subject to penalties in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force in the country.
