Kinshasa, April 3rd, 2025 (CPA) – Some landlocked provinces, including Sud-Ubangi (north-west of the Democratic Republic of Congo), have been provided with tipper trucks of the ‘Daewoo’ brand by the Ministry in charge of rural development, according to a press release sent on Wednesday to CPA. ‘A dozen of tipper trucks, branded “Daewoo” 6×6 all-terrain, have been handed over to the most landlocked provinces, including Sud-Ubangi, by the Ministry in charge of Rural Development,’ it is read. According to the source, to these trucks, which are well suited to the infrastructural conditions of rural areas, will be added motorbikes for the Rural Development inspectors. This supply, via the Agricultural Service Roads Office (Office des voies de desserte agricole – OVDA), has been the focus of the audience granted to the Governor of the province of Sud-Ubangi, Michee Mobonga, by the Minister in charge of Rural Development, Mohindo Nzangi, according to the document.
