Kinshasa, April 24th, 2025 (CPA). – The (Snel) of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has partnered with ICHEC Formation Continue, a renowned Belgian academic institution, and Kadea Academy, a center of excellence in the DRC, to strengthen the managerial and digital skills of its executives, CPA learns in a press release on Wednesday.
“As part of its transformation drive, the National Company of Electricity (Snel) has teamed up with ICHEC Formation Continue, a Belgian academic reference, to strengthen the managerial skills of its executives,” it read. According to the Congolese public electricity operator, this strategic partnership is in line with the priorities of Fabrice Lusinde, Managing Director of Snel, who is placing the company’s governance, transparency and operational efficiency at the heart of his turnaround program. According to the press release, a first cohort of executives has already begun an Executive Certificate program in Leadership & Strategic Transformation in Kinshasa. A second group is about to head to Brussels (capital of Belgium) to follow an Executive Certificate in Innovative Sales & Strategy, courses recognized throughout Europe.
Practical training tailored to local needs
At the same time, the Kadea Academy, a professional training center of excellence in the DRC, is committed to supporting the upgrading of Snel teams through modular training courses in Digital Skills, adapted to various departments such as: technical, administrative and financial. These training courses are part of the implementation of the new ERP software, a key tool for modernizing operational processes. “Snel’s turnaround depends on human excellence.
