We are an NGO partner of the government. Our mission is to support and accompany the most vulnerable sections of the population in their social activities. We are going to use the appropriate medical centres, receiving the population, carrying out examinations and administering the appropriate medicines free of charge. We are working with the provincial government and the provincial health division (DPS)’, he has said. For the coordinator of the NGO (AAS), there will be specialist medical services at the Martyrs Square to carry out consultations.  ‘After two weeks, all patients diagnosed with the two diseases will be followed up at the Makiso-Kisangani general referral hospital and the Prince Alwalid hospital’, he has confirmed.

For his part, Delly Likunde, the town’s mayor, encouraged the staff and managers of the town hall to go for consultations to find out about their state of health, because health is priceless, especially as consultations and treatment are free.
