Pascal Nlemvo sympathizes with the victims of war in the DRC in his maxi single « Peace in Africa and in the world »

Kinshasa, May 29th, 2021 (CPA).- The Congolese Christian singer and president of the musical group « Gmaël Motema Africa », Pascal Nlemvo, sympathized with the population victims of war in eastern DRC, in his new maxi single entitled « Peace in Africa and in the world », launched in download platforms, said the musician on Friday during an interview with the CPA. In this maxi single, the artist wishes for the return of peace in the world in particular, in the DRC because, according to him, this implies the participation of all human beings without distinction.  « Peace unites us all, a country without peace will not be able to hope for emergence. With peace, one could look like a village. Hence, thanks to the music, we intend to accompany the DRC in the conquest of peace « he stressed.

On this occasion, he appealed to people of good will to support this work so that this message of peace reaches all layers of society. In addition, singer Pascal Nlemvo let it be known that through this song, he hopes to see the return of peace in the DRC and in the world, before calling on other musicians to favor the message of peace in their songs. . Artist Pascal Nlemvo is one of the pioneers of Congolese Christian music, having evolved alongside various icons of this music in particular, Charles Mombaya, Aimé Nkanu, etc. In 1993, he released his first album titled “Yesu Kombo na elonga” and also participated in the collective song “Nkembo na Yawe” released the same year.
