Kinshasa, April 8th, 2021 (CPA) – The collective of artists “Malafi’arts” and Kinshasa International Sonority Festival (FISOKIN) are organizing on April 16th, the 3rd edition of Kinshasa noise fair (BRUIKIN), in the National Institute of Arts (INA), in Gombe municipality, announces a press release from this cultural animation club, which reached CPA on Wednesday.
According to the source, this cultural, scientific and festive event contributes, on the one hand, to the fight against pollution of the sound environment through artistic actions and, on the other hand, encourages the preservation of less significant sounds through training, creations and services.
To this end, a forum workshop will be led by 6 panelists including the initiator of “Bruikin” project, JL Caillera Niamba Malafi, under the following themes: “The sound environment panel and COVID-19”, “Sound and health”, “Sound and society”, “Sound and rights”, as well as “The sound art, art of resilience and sensitivity”.
As a reminder, the second edition of Kinshasa noise fair, was organized on November 19th, 2019, with the participation of famous Congolese and international musicians who made their contributions to the fight against auditory noise. ACP / BOKEME / PN
