Kinshasa May 22nd, 2021 (CPA).– The non-profit organization “Agro projet” is organizing from May 24th to 29th in Kinshasa, a training seminar on the exploitation of pineapple fruit and initiation into agribusiness at the Wallonia Brussels center, in the commune of Gombe, announced, the secretary general of this structure, Sébastien Mobunda, during an interview on Friday with the CPA According to Mr. Mobunda, this seminar aims to make participants aware of the good and industrial virtues that are included in pineapple fruits.
These, he said, could allow participants to cultivate this culture regularly and increase their production for the capitalization of their future businesses. He also said that agriculture remains an essential way to industrialize the DRC, stressing that pineapple fruits are among the crops carrying values capable of generating several revenues during its exploitation. During these meetings, the experts will show in detail their expertise on the opportunities behind the exploitation of this fruit from an industrial perspective.
To this end, Mr. Mobunda appealed to people who aspire to create businesses, to come and participate in this program which is full of several modules capable of offering participants business opportunities in this sector. It is also the mastery of the development of commercial strategies that are in an agricultural project based on the exploitation of this fruit, to increase the number of flourishing businesses in the DRC which will serve to consolidate the national economy.
As a reminder, agroproject is a local structure made up of young agricultural engineers whose objective is to promote the basics of entrepreneurship, with a view to pushing Kinshasa youth to embrace an investment culture in the agricultural sector. ACP/
