Kinshasa, April 13th, 2021 (CPA) .- The Deputy Prime Minister, outgoing Minister of Planning, Elysée Munembwe Tamukumwe, discussed with a delegation from the international cabinet « CCM » on the technical assistance mission in the accreditation process of modules of this cabinet at the National Secretariat for Capacity Building (SENAREC), Monday during the hearing in his office, learned the CPA from the communication unit of the said ministry.
According to the national coordinator of this SENAREC Serge Bikoro, specifies the source, this accreditation process consists of 8 modules and certification of the 160 Congolese trainers working in the continuing training centers of the SENAREC network.

These are modules relating to: program budget; administrative disputes; budget Control; preparation of the social report; management of official development assistance; production of parliamentary documents; rationalization of the framework and organic and technical structures of inspection applied to the civil service.
At the end of this mission, Mr. Serge Bikoro indicated that these modules will have been accredited and 160 trainers are certified to ensure the animation in the training centers of the SENAREC network. These will be for the benefit of central and provincial institutions and administrations as well as the impact of training in improving performance at the level of their home institutions and administrations.
“The one-stop shop for capacity building in the DRC, SENAREC, is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the National Capacity Building Program (PRONAREC) and in particular ensures the control and quality assurance of the various capacity building activities. capabilities. The latter also relate to the continuous training of human resources in the public sector, the private sector and civil society organizations, ”said the coordinator.
Elysée Munembwe, moreover, welcomed the commitment of this cabinet, indicating that the DRC can design good public policies, but without the capacity to carry them, they will be useless.
