Kinshasa, August 7th, 2021 (CPA).– The Israeli-American group YPHILIP working in the fields of cement, agro-industry and energy, requested Friday in Kinshasa, the support of the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), through the Ministry of Industry, for the materialization of the project to set up a cement factory in the province of Sud-Ubangi. The delegation of the said company was led by the governor of the province of Sud-Ubangi, Jean-Claude Mabenze, to the Minister of Industry, Julien Paluku Kahongya, who was surrounded by experts from his ministry. During their exchanges of views, Minister Julien Paluku reassured his investors of the commitment of the Congolese State to support the project which, he said in substance, could undoubtedly contribute to the creation of wealth and jobs, thus playing positively on the price of this product that is cement, in Grand-Ecuador.
