Facilitate the training of women in all fields for the emergence of excellent leadership

Kinshasa, April 31, 2021 (CPA).- The president of  » Women in construction for the development of Congo (LAFERDEC), Doris Biselenge, pleaded on Wednesday during an exchange with CPA in Kasa vubu municipality, to grant facilitation to women in all fields and promote the wise use of these, as necessary pledges for the emergence of female leadership of excellence in DRC.

Ms. Biselenge reacting to the national theme of 2021 edition of International Women’s Day celebrated on March 8th, namely: « Female leadership of excellence, egalitarian and digital society in the time of COVID- 19, pointed out that despite the efforts made in the instruction of Congolese women, the persistence of cultural constraints on the access of the fairer sex to scientific and technological sectors remains, before deploring that positions in particular secretaries and receptionists continue to be reserved for women in political parties as well as in institutions and companies. « The Congolese woman is dynamic and the consideration of her talents by the Congolese man opens the way towards an egalitarian society in this country », noted this social actress.

Regarding digital, an essential novelty for communication in this period troubled by COVID-19, she focused on teaching women to this tool without forgetting those residing in the countryside usually abandoned to their sad fate as well as on the electrification of the entire national territory in order to make this technology operational there.
