Kinshasa, June 19th, 2021 (CPA).– The wives of the soldiers residing at the Badiabingi camp in the commune of Mont-Ngafula were trained in the management of projects which should enable them to manage credits sparingly during sessions organized by the assistant of the president of the Women’s League of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress-UDPS (LF-UDPS), Marie Tshiala Tshimbola.
The two-day sessions gave this category of women the opportunity to gain theoretical insight into orbiting a bankable project that could be accepted by micro-credit financial institutions, Tshiala said. The objective is to see them become autonomous, thanks to the income-generating activities they carry out on a daily basis. This can help these women integrate easily into society, she added.
Ms. Tshiala also pointed out that the national secretariat of the UDPS has already paid all training costs to the National Institute for Professional Preparation (INPP) to allow them to follow the training from next July.
This training is the third for these military women, the first was held last January and the second in March of the same year. ACP/
