Kinshasa, July 24th, 2021 (CPA).– The women’s department of the United Workers’ Organization of Congo (OTUC) received Friday in Kinshasa at the restaurent Orangeraie in the commune of Gombe, the provincial president of the OTUC of Lualaba, Nadine Longue, came to participate in union training focused on capacity building on unionization as a whole.
The president of the Women’s Department of the OTUC in Kinshasa, Jeanne Bunda congratulated the provincial president on her great personality and her skills in the exercise of her functions.
Ms. Mononie, union delegate of the OTUC to the Congolese Maritime Line (LMC), for her part, encouraged the provincial president who honors the union « OTUC » by defending the interests of these affiliates in Lualaba.
In addition, Ms. Longue thanked the OTUC for its generosity in its favor and made known its objective to the union bench, which is, among other things, to support, to sensitize people to join this union, to mobilize and to encourage women to run for the next union elections.
