Kinshasa, April 31, 2021 (CPA).- One thousand one hundred and seventy-nine schools not under agreement operating with false decrees will be deactivated from the payroll of teachers and their staff, indicates a document from the Ministry in charge of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education (EPST) reached CPA on Wednesday.
This decision follows the request for the implementation of the recommendations made by the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) at the end of the mission it carried out within the Ministry in charge of Primary Education, secondary and technical (EPST).
On the instruction of the Prime Minister, the Minister of State, Minister in charge of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education (EPST), Willy Bakonga, was called upon to instruct the Teachers’ Control and Pay Service (SECOPE) to proceed with the deactivation schools operating with fake orders, their staff as well as agents with irregular identification data and duplicates.
