Kinshasa, May 22nd, 2021 (CPA) .- The Minister of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education (EPST), Prof. Tony Mwaba Kazadi issued a ministerial decree on Friday appointing Godefroid Katoto Mangashi as National Director of the control and pay of teachers (SECOPE). Through the same decree, Tony Mwaba also appointed Boniface Mbaka Ngampembe as Director in charge of mechanization and payroll monitoring at SECOPE.
For the Minister of EPST, this decision comes within the framework of the restructuring of the EPST sector. The new director Godefroid Katoto Mangashi replaces Papy Mangobe, who had been acting for 3 months, while that Boniface Mbaka Ngampembe succeeds Baekenda, it is recalled. ACP/
