Kinshasa, July 24th, 2021 (CPA).– The Director General of the National Center for Support to Development and Popular Participation (CENADEP), Danny Singoma, greeted the memory of Cardinal Emeritus Laurent Monsengwo Pasinya, expressing the wish that it be raised to the greatest dignity that the Republic can bestow upon him for the recognition of his merits and his sacrifice for the well-being of all, indicates this structure in a statement made public Wednesday in Kinshasa.
Danny Singoma recalled the achievements of the illustrious deceased in the conduct of the Sovereign National Conference in 1992.
It was during these meetings, he said, that Cardinal Monsengwo demonstrated that he had a high sense of listening as well as tolerance and justice for all the daughters and sons of the country.

CENADEP keeps, moreover, of Cardinal Monsengwo, the image of a man who sacrificed himself not only for his priestly life but also, who gave himself for the Congolese Nation in general, and civil society, in particular.
