Kinshasa, July 3rd, 2021 (CPA).- The President of the Council of State, Félix Vundwawe te Pemako suspended magistrates and advisers for professional misconduct, in two decisions of June 7thand 23rd, made public last Tuesday.
The first decision concerns President Masani Matshi Hyppolyte and Councilors Blaise Ayangasobe Bambale and John Kitenge Ndibu, all convicted of attack over the handling of the Alliance pour l’Avenir political party case.
« According to the decision n ° 21/220 / of June 07th, 2021, … are prohibited from exercising their functions of magistrates in the Council of State », indicates the document which bears the signature Félix Vundwawe te Pemako.
The second decision concerns President Joseph Tsimba Khonde and Councilors Modeste Malenga Minga and Félix Kahungu Zamba, all of whom are also condemned in the ADRP v ADU case.
At the end of the decision n ° 21/256 of June 23rd, 2021, the latter are also prohibited from exercising their functions of magistrates in the Council of State.
In both cases, these suspensions immediately result in the annulment of the verdicts rendered by these magistrates in the aforementioned cases and open the procedure for processing their cases until the final decision of the Head of State, by way of official orders. , indicates the document. ACP/NIG
