Excellentia: Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi visits the 5 scholarship recipients from the United States

Kinshasa, September 17th, 2021 (CPA) – The First Lady of the Republic, Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi, who has been staying since Tuesday in Cedar city, Utah in the United States of America, visited the five scholarship recipients of the program « Excellentia » who are continuing their academic studies, thanks to the partnership between Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi Foundation (FDNT) and Southern Utah University (SUU), indicates a press release from her Foundation which reached CPA on Thursday.

According to this press release, the First Lady wanted, through this presence, to maintain physical contact with these laureates, just a few months after their departure from Kinshasa, like those who left for France, to get an idea of ​​their integration and the framework offered to fellows for new knowledge.

The First Lady took advantage of her visit to discover the aviation department where she received explanations on apprenticeship to the profession of pilot. A branch that the Foundation intends to explore for future scholarship recipients, it is claimed.

Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi is the guest of honor at the great annual APEX Events Conference organized by Southern Utah University on Thursday, one of the oldest programs of SUU which brings together experts in various disciplines and students, for knowledge sharing.

The Wife of the Head of State, in her capacity as President of the Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi Foundation, presented among other things her vision in terms of assistance and played the role of Ambassador of the DRC to this host country, we  point out.
