Presentation to the Minister in charge of Vocational Training of a project on marketing and communication

Kinshasa, May 6th, 2021 (CPA).– The Minister in charge of Vocational Training, Arts and Crafts (FPAM), Antoinette Kipulu Kabenga, received, on Tuesday, in her office in Gombe municipality, Ms. Ika de Jong Kibonge , journalist consultant in communication, came to present a project on marketing and communication.

According to Ms. Ika de Jong Kibonge, this project will certainly help Congolese youth to evolve with performance in this world characterized by digital technology, among other things the development of social networks.

On this occasion, she announced the launch on May 16th of her consulting office in Kinshasa, with the aim of giving this youth the opportunity to adapt to new information and communication technologies.

« This consulting office will mainly focus on training in the field of the Web », she said, before inviting Minister Antoinette Kipulu to perpetuate this activity which is in line with its objectives and the vision of the Head of State in the sector of new telecommunication and communication technology.

Previously, Ms. Ika de Jong Kibonge congratulated Minister Antoinette Kipulu on her appointment as head of this ministry.

UNESCO ready to support vocational training, arts and crafts

In addition, the head of education and program specialist at UNESCO, Ms. Mame Omar Diop, accompanied by Mr. Nteba Soumano, responsible for the education sector at UNESCO / Kinshasa, during a meeting with Minister Antoinette Kipulu on Tuesday in her office, reiterated their organization’s commitment to support the Ministry in charge of Vocational Training, Arts and Crafts, with a view to improving said sector in DRC.

The two hosts of Minister Antoinette Kipulu, led by the General Secretary, Emérence Rubuye N’Simire, explained the work that has been done so far in terms of professional training strategy with partners, including UNESCO and the UNICEF. ACP /
