Kinshasa, September 10th, 2021 (CPA).– The Minister in charge of Communication and Media, Patrick Muyaya Katembwe, examined, on Thursday, during a working session, with the head of Africa union broadband services (AUBS), Stanly Ndetah, ways and means, within the framework of a partnership, to support the supervisory authority of the said ministry in the reform of the Congolese National Radio Television (RTNC).
According to the head of AUBS, this partnership will consist of reforming the infrastructure of the studio and RTNC offices in the provinces by providing equipment. He said that for a start, in addition to Kinshasa, the capital, some cities in the eastern part of the country will be concerned, namely: Beni, Goma and Bukavu, adding that the choice made in this part of the country is explained by the concern to change the narrative of these cities in the throes of wars.

« We have received a partner of choice who has expressed interest in RTNC modernization project », he said.
