A workshop on « Business contributions and evaluation » in favor of entrepreneurs in Kinshasa city

Kinshasa, April 8th, 2021 (ACP).– Entrepreneurs working in Kinshasa city were trained, for two days, on « The contributions of companies and their evolution », during a workshop organized by the Center for actions for business development (CADEA), in Gombe municipality.

According to trainer, Thomas Tshibasu, to set up a business, the partner’s pool assets called « Contributions » intended to ensure the functioning of the company. These contributions are of several types, he indicated, they are contributions in cash, that is to say the sum of money in cash, in check or by transfer, contributions in kind which includes anything other than money, as well as contributions to industry, that means contributions in know-how, knowledge, techniques.

Mr. Tshibasu also insisted on the accounting of the contributions which concern the promise (the subscription of the contributions) and the release (the realization of the contributions). Regarding the techniques of valuation of the contributions, the trainer insisted, on the one hand, on the market value or the market value which must be respected and, on the other hand, on the value of return as well as the value economic input.

As for the valuation in the case of contributions of universality of goods, there is the intrinsic value of the contribution, that is to say, the value of the components of the company and the profit value.

Organized under the theme « Establishment of companies and assessment of contributions », this workshop is part of the entrepreneurship promotion program initiated by CADEA for the benefit of 30 entrepreneurs. ACP /Kayu/AWa
