Buta, August 7th, 2021 (CPA).- The interim governor of the province of Bas-Uélé, Mrs. Ruth Baduli Gbangosa officially took over her functions at the end of the handover ceremony and resumed on Wednesday with the vice-governor Jean-faithful Tengbuti Mambe, we learned on Friday. Mrs. Ruth Baduli Gbangosa praised the work done by her predecessor and promised to continue on the same momentum according to the directives of the vision of the Head of State Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo. The vice-governor on behalf of the deposed governor Valentin Senga wished a good and fruitful mandate to his successor. As a reminder, on June 26, the provincial deputies had voted in absolute majority, the motion having led to the expiration of the provincial government, led by Valentin Senga.
