Four deaf-mute students participated in TENAFEP in Mbuji-Mayi

Mbuji-Mayi, August 7th, 2021 (CPA)  .- Four deaf-mute students, including a girl from the “Sourd Réveille-toi” school based in the commune of Dibindi, participated for the first time since the establishment of this Certification test in the educational province of Kasai Oriental 1, at the National Primary School Ends Test (TENAFEP), after a remarkable course in the primary cycle. These students, like their hearing classmates, competed for the primary school leaving certificate. They said on leaving the center, determined to continue their studies to be useful to the nation as well as others, while seeking the accompaniment and support of the authorities and people of good will. Asked about this, Patrice Kabengele Tshikala, mentor of these students, said he was confident in the success of his students, and mentioned certain difficulties that prevent a good supervision of this category of people, namely the lack of operating costs of the eight schools that account the province of Kasai Oriental, the absence of qualified teachers and adequate infrastructure.
