Kindu, July 3rd, 2021 (CPA).– The provincial minister in charge of Health and Humanitarian Affairs, Junior Kibungi Mutanga, acting as his colleague from Land Affairs, Environment and Nature Conservation, Tourism, Urbanism and Habitat, announced, in a radio statement, a copy of which reached the ACP on Tuesday, the closure of the hunting of wild animals throughout the province of Maniema for a period of three months which runs from Thursday July 01 to Thursday September 30.
At the end of this press release, Junior KIBUNGI Mutanga warns those who are recalcitrant to this legal provision which is part of the protection and conservation of wildlife, the period concerned being the best indicated and known for the reproduction of wild animals. ACP/NIG
