Mai-Ndombe: Governor ai Mbombaka promises good governance

Inongo, July 10th, 2021 (CPA).- Governor ai of Mai-Ndombe province Jack’s Mbombaka promised good governance in the management of public affairs, during a meeting with young people from the ‘Mai-Ndombe news’ group, held Friday, in Inongo, capital of this province.

Responding to the questions of these young people, Governor ai spoke of the affection of a sum of US $ 550,000 in the rehabilitation of the terminal, real estate and road infrastructure as well as expenditure related to public lighting,

He exchanged with these young people around issues related in particular to the embezzlement of public funds including an amount of around $ 650,000 withdrawn from the Central Bank of Congo in Inongo, to the management of funds allocated to the Office des Voiries and Drainage (OVD) and the upsurge in shipwreck cases.

Governor ai responded to the satisfaction of these young people on these questions also on those related to the conflicts between the animators of the provincial institutions and the complacency in the administration and the management of the public funds of the State outside the program of action. as well as his acts

 The head of the provincial executive expressed his joy for this meeting while promising to present in three months, the results of his actions.

For their part, the young people expressed their gratitude for his availability despite reservations to answers on certain questions relating to state secrets before expressing the wish to see this approach be done with the different socio-professional layers in order to enlighten public opinion and fight against disinformation.
