Kinshasa, March 24th, 2021 (CPA) – The governor of Kinshasa city, Gentiny Ngobila Mbaka, spoke on Tuesday with a German delegation representing a consortium of « Bald Industries AG » company, led by manager Guydo Bald, around the implementation of the social housing construction project in Kinshasa city, reports the communication unit of Kinshasa City Hall. According to the source, Guido Bald clarified that this visit to the urban authority comes after the one made to the Head of State, Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, leader of the project.
He informed the governor that his organization has already visited the two chosen sites in order to carry out very soon the feasibility studies in connection with this important project which aims to make available to Kinshasa 1,000 houses per year and in a sustainable manner.
For him, this project will allow even the most disadvantaged Kinshasa to afford a house meeting the standards in this area, because « Bald Industries AG » consortium, is specialized not only in the construction of social housing, but also in the agriculture, through proven expertise. He also announced the arrival, on Thursday, in Kinshasa city, of one of his major partners in this case Bruno Koziol Kizwicz, in order to boost the implementation of this beneficial project.
For his part, the coordinator of the project monitoring and investment unit of Kinshasa city, Emany Mputu recalled the context in which this project was born, stressing that it was on the recommendation of the President of the Republic, who discovered this consortium, during his trip in 2018, that the governor also went there to see firsthand the fine work carried out by this organization.
« Now, it is the stage of the realization that the head of the provincial executive and many Kinshasa are waiting for the realization of the said housing project », he said, affirming that the governor Gentiny Ngobila Mbaka is keen to give a smile to its citizens. ACP/Kayu
