Ngandajika, August 7th, 2021 (CPA). – Ir Alphonse Lukusa Kazadi, provincial director of the Société congolaise de poste de telecommunication (SCPT) in Kasai Oriental in its former configuration, is carrying out a mission in the territory of Ngandajika, province of Lomami where he went to report on the current state of infrastructure and heritage as part of the project to relaunch activities. He took a tour of his company’s site, where stands erected there were demolished and the anarchic occupants evicted without delay, to clean up the environment on the sidelines of the upcoming revival work. Lukusa also lambasted the fact that some people illegally erected in durable materials in the concession of the SCPT, behavior likely to delay the execution of the program of revival of the services in this territory deprived of the benefits of the post office for a long time. He recalled the mission of the post office, which is a service responsible for collecting, transporting and delivering packages to their destinations on behalf of third parties. This titanic work done by this public service will be able to resume more than in the past thanks to the will of the Head of State Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi, who intends to rehabilitate the infrastructure and improve the quality of output.
