Call for the union of forces to meet the socio-economic challenges of the municipality of Kimbanseke

Kinshasa, September 14th, 2021 (CPA).– The mayor of the commune of Kimbanseke, Jeannot Canon La Rose, called on all social layers of his municipality to unite efforts to meet the socio-economic challenges of this part of the capital, at the end of the visit carried out, Saturday, in the various districts of its jurisdiction.

Jeannot Canon, who informed the CPA about the progress of this visit, invited his population, mainly the heads of the neighborhoods, the young people and various local social actors, to show patriotism and to associate ideas to combat the persistent phenomena. in this entity, shaken by poverty, urban banditry, youth unemployment, difficulties in accessing drinking water.

He said that this visit was initiated in the light of the guidelines of the governor of the city of Kinshasa, Gentiny Ngobila, who advocates the policy of proximity between the municipal administration and the citizens, with the objective, on the one hand, to feel the living conditions of its citizens and, on the other hand, to discuss with the heads of the streets and neighborhoods, in order to find ways and means to overcome these difficulties, in particular insecurity, the lack of electricity and drinking water and the presence of erosion heads in some neighborhoods.

To do this, Jeannot Canon urged the neighborhood leaders to cultivate brotherly love and mutual aid between members of the municipality, before inviting each inhabitant to collaborate with his services.

Note that mayor Jeannot Canon continues his tour in the municipality of Kimbanseke which has about 3 million inhabitants and 46 districts including Kisantu, Luebo, Mokali, Biyela, Ngampani, Mabanza etc. ACP/
