Female leadership in the decision-making process explained to women from the Ministry in charge of Youth and INC

Kinshasa, March 30th, 2021 (CPA) – The head of office at the Ministry in charge of Youth and Initiation to New Citizenship INC, Jeanine Matondo Kwanzambi, hosted a conference on Monday, during which she explained to the women of the ministry from Youth and initiation to new citizenship, female leadership to the decision-making process in all areas of life, as part of the women’s month festivities.

The speaker invited her sisters to know the values ​​and characteristics of a good leader, the legal texts which highlight the rights of the woman leader and which protects her, before insisting on the fact that the woman must be considered know the family code and the laws of the country to claim the place in decision-making.

She also asked the supervisory authority to take into account the balance between men and women in the assignments and promotions of managers, because women must know how to maintain confidence in the functional balance by showing themselves capable in work to the same degree as his male partner in this struggle for parity between men and women.

It should be noted that the participants gathered in the different panels, namely: “Women and health”, “Gender-based violence” and “The risks imposed by COVID-19”. In addition, the day of March 31st, marking the end of Women’s Month will be devoted to learning about the code of good conduct, rules of politeness and dress. ACP /
