Kinshasa, July 24th, 2021 (CPA).– The provincial minister of Decentralization, tourism and planning of the city of Kinshasa, Didier Tenge te Litho, asked the inhabitants of the municipality of Kinshasa to internalize the culture of public health enshrined in the security plan of the priority actions of the urban executive, during an inspection visit Friday in this municipality.
Tenge Te Litho mobilized on this occasion, motorcyclists and salesmen on certain main arteries of this entity in order to contribute to the sanitation of the environment, to maintain cleanliness at bus stops, to clear blocked gutters to comply with the vision of Governor Gentiny Ngobila in the context of Operation “Kin-Bopeto”.
He asked the mayor to strictly apply the instructions of the urban authority in connection with the sanitation of public spaces by removing all vehicle wreckage, signs and all objects encumbering public rights-of-way.
In his capacity as provincial minister in charge of the interior, security, justice and customary affairs, Tenge Te Litho recalled the role of the municipal authority in the context of the rule of law in order to properly apply the law and in particular to put an end to the insecurity in this entity ”.
He traveled with all the agents and executives of the municipality of Kinshasa in a few neighborhoods to inspect the police sub-stations of this municipality, stressing the need for legal compliance with the time limit for custody in municipal cells.
Provincial Minister Didier Tenge te Litho took the opportunity to inaugurate, in the presence of his partners from Africa digital SA, the Kinshasa municipal office where the service for the digitization of secure documents will now operate, this after its implementation. in service in the communes of Gombe and Lingwala.
