Kinshasa, July 24th, 2021 (CPA).- Jacques Masengo was appointed head of the executive committee of AS Simba in Kolwezi by the extraordinary elective general assembly held on Thursday, July 22 in Kolwezi, in the province of Lualaba.
Simba’s new strongman, who was unanimously elected by members of the general assembly, succeeds Hassamal Sachim.
The Kamikazes of Lualaba remained in Ligue 1 of the national championship.

Blessing FC de Lualaba has the ambition to play the Confederation Cup in 2023, according to the option lifted by the club’s ordinary general assembly held on Thursday, July 22, 30 km from the town of Kolwezi, on the banks of the Congo River.
The Jean-Marie Tshizainga club is keen to take part in the next Congo Cup, an obligatory way to compete in this African competition, which the Kamikazes would like to win. Ranked 7th at the end of the 26th National Football League Championship (LINAFOOT), Blessing is determined not to skimp on the means to look good at the 27th edition of the national championship.
