Kinshasa, March 17th, 2021 (CPA).- The international midfielder of AS Vita Club of DR Congo, Ricky Tulenge Sindani, has promised not to lose hope after the humiliation suffered by the black dolphins in Kinshasa against Al Ahly Egypt (0-3), on Tuesday March 16th at the Martyrs of Pentecost stadium, in Kinshasa, on behalf of the 4th day of group A of the champions league of the African Football Confederation (CAF).
“It was rather a very different game… We will not lose hope and will not stop working even if our chances of qualifying are hanging by a thread… We must imperatively take the 6 points and score as many goals… Still a calculator in our hands”, Ricky Tulenge told the press after his team’s debacle.
In all likelihood, the Congolese representative in the Champions League no longer has his fate in hand because his fate is linked to the positive results he will have to achieve during the last two days against El Merreikh in Kinshasa and Simba SC in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
V.Club has 4 points and occupies the 3rd position behind Al Ahly (7 points) and Simba (10 points). ACP/
