Kinshasa, February 2nd, 2026 (CPA). -The official launch of a digital platform called ‘Bokeli’ dedicated to the development of business plans and the dematerialization of the financing application process is scheduled to take place in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo) on February 3rd, 2026 by the Congo Entrepreneurship Guarantee Fund (Fogec), according to a document consulted by the CPA on Monday. ‘Creating a business plan and structuring your project is now possible in just a few clicks. On Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, Fogec is launching Bokeli, its digital platform dedicated to Congolese entrepreneurs, designed to simplify the development of business plans and the submission of financing applications,’ according to a document published by Fogec. According to the source, the launch is scheduled to take place at the Silikin Village space in the Gombe district of Kinshasa at 2 p.m.
Fogec aims to facilitate access to financing for start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Congolese artisans by providing guarantees for their projects, thereby addressing the guarantee deficit that has been hindering access to bank credit. This mechanism was set up at the instigation of President Félix Tshisekedi to develop local entrepreneurship and support the national economy.
