Council of Ministers held in Lubumbashi
It was specified that this was the bill to set up the Economic and Financial Court and the associated National Financial Prosecutor’s Office, which was adopted during the last Council of Ministers. It was proposed by Constant Mutamba, Minister of State for Justice and Keeper of the Seals. Several other Justice sector projects were also proposed. Such is the case of the bill criminalizing homosexuality in the DRC.
All these bills are part of the recommendations made at the Estates-General on Justice held recently in Kinshasa. ACP/
