With this in mind, Fogec staff have participated for three weeks in specialized training on public procurement procedures in the Democratic Republic of Congo, organized by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP), » it is read in the Fogec document.
According to this public institution, this seminar aimed to strengthen the mastery of public procurement rules and to enable the establishment of a project and public procurement management unit within the organisation. ‘The end of this training has been marked by the handing out of certificates to the trained agents, in recognition of their diligence, discipline and commitment,’ the source has added.
