For his part, Jean-Paul Mbwebwa, Governor of Kasai Oriental Province, urged the beneficiary institutions to ensure proper management of the equipment in order to optimize the efficiency of public administration and enhance transparency in the implementation of this key project aimed at opening up the Greater Kasai region and boosting its economic development.
