Kinshasa: Examination and adoption of three proposed edicts scheduled for Wednesday at the provincial assembly

Kinshasa, June 24th; 2025 (CPA) – The examination and adoption of three (3) proposed edicts are on the agenda of Wednesday’s plenary session of the Kinshasa Provincial Assembly (APK), capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), according to a press release consulted by CPA on Tuesday. ‘Examinassions and adoption of the (3) propose édictés on the management of internal loans in the city of Kinshasa, initiated by MP Olivier Niangi; regulations applicable to dogs in the city of Kinshasa, initiated by MP Diyabanza Muananene; dispositions générales applicables à l’identification des élèves et planification provinciale de l’enseignement maternel, primaire, secondaire et professionnel dans la ville de Kinshasa, initiée par le député Aubain Mukanu, figurent parmi les points inscrits à l’ordre du jour de la plénière de mercredi à l’Assemblée provinciale de Kinshasa (APK) ’, read a communiqué from this délibérative body signed by André Nkongolo, its rapporteur. ‘The procedures for managing internal loans in the City of Kinshasa, the regulations applicable to dogs in the City of Kinshasa, the general provisions applicable to the identification of pupils and provincial planning of nursery, primary, secondary and vocational education in the City of Kinshasa’, the document added.
