Green-Black defeated by Mont-Amba (0-1) at EUFKIN-Lipopo

Kinshasa, May 10th, 2023 (CPA) –  AS Vert-Noir was defeated by RC Mont-Amba on the score of (0-1), Tuesday at the Police Nationale Congolaise (PNC), in a match of the 36th day of the division 3/A championship of Entente Urbaine de Football de Kinshasa (EUFKIN)-Lipopo in Democratic Republic of Congo.

RC Mont-Amba won the match by the smallest of margins (0-1) thanks to an astonishing goal by Kadima Doris (44th). After the first half, despite the efforts made, the score remained status quo (0-1) in favour of RC Mont-Amba.

After the match, coach Auguy Ngambelo of As Vert-Noir said: « My players did not hold up against the opponent today, although the match was within our reach. They also played without physical commitment. From what we give them in training and the work they did today, there is no comparison. Well, we will improve soon », he regretted.

« I have very good impressions because the speech went through, that is to say that the instructions were well and truly respected, because I had told my colts that the derby is won. And we won, I can only be happy. In spite of this victory, there are some small mistakes to be corrected, among others, at the level of the defence which was not really in shape. We had to shout at the defenders every time. We still have the same ambitions to move up to the higher divisions and we will get there. We have two more games to go, we are preparing for that to finish our season in good shape, » said RC Mont-Amba coach Armel Lutumba.

« We had some difficulties at the beginning of the game, but as the game went on, we put our morals in place and we turned the tide. I was already trying to shoot from distance since the beginning of the game so once the good opportunity came, I jumped on it and that was the goal, » explained Doris Kadima, the striker of the day and RC Mont-Amba striker.
