Kinshasa, August 17th, 2021 (CPA).- The President of the Republic Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo left Kinshasa on Monday for Lilongwe, Malawi to participate in 41st Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Development Community of States of Southern Africa (SADC) scheduled for the 17th and 18th of the current month.
A summit of all the issues for DRC which has aligned a candidate for the post of executive secretariat of the sub-regional organization SADC which is organizing for the first time an election at the head of this sub-regional organization.
The Congolese Head of State was preceded in the Malawian capital by some members of the government including the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Foreign Affairs Christophe Lutundula Apala as well as the Congolese candidate, the itinerant ambassador of the President of the Republic, Faustin Mukela Luanga.
