Holders of the measures of wearing masks in the sights in Bukavu

Bukavu, August 7^th, 2021 (CPA).- Elements of the Congolese National Police (PNC), the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) and other security agents are put to work against the recalcitrant to the port barrier measures of masks as part of the fight against the spread of the third wave of Covid-19 through the city of Bukavu, capital of the province of South Kivu. Some agents, approached, say they are acting in this way in order to materialize the vision of the provincial governor who wants his province to effectively face the pandemic. Deployed in the city, these elements are visible at the entrances of certain avenues and prohibit people without masks from leaving or entering by questioning to dissuade recalcitrant people. ACP/
