Kindu, June 25th, 2021 (CPA).– The Mapon hospital center in Basoko recently launched the campaign for free screening and management of diabetes and arterial hypertension in favor of patients in the province of Maniema for the purpose of their facilitate access to related quality care.
DrTrésorOkambaAlangi, head of the medical staff of the said health center, revealed that this screening and treatment organized by this medical training comes within the framework of helping these patients in a situation of economic vulnerability.
He invited all patients suffering from these pathologies to go for this free screening which runs until the end of the current month. «
The organization of this campaign in Maniema is the initiative of Senator Augustin Matata Ponyo Mapon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Lumbulumbu Hospital Center in his concern to help the people of his native land. ACP/
