Kenge, June 18, 2021 (ACP).– The secretary general of the National Economic Controls Service (SENACE), Jean Marc Osekuha, officially opened and installed, on Friday, the provincial team of SENACE Kwango in Kenge, during the ceremony of opening in the presence of the representative of the governor of the province.
According to him, this service’s mission is to fight against all kinds of escapes and to ensure the monitoring of public interest, before adding that to better achieve its mission, SENACE works, at the national level with the Council of State, the Court of Cassation, the Constitutional Court, the General Auditor, the National Intelligence Agency (ANR), the RTNC and the General Commissioner of the police and in the provinces, he said, his service works with the provincial government , PNC, ANR and RTNC.
He also thanked the Head of State, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, who had taken the initiative to create this service in order to meet the needs of the population.
For his part, the deputy director of the governor’s cabinet, representing the governor of the province at this ceremony, Albert Makambu Mbunga, who considered the arrival of this service in Kwango beneficial, underlined that it is from the independent state of Congo. that the principle of the freedom of trade was instituted by the Berlin Conference of 1885 which continues to govern the economy of the DRC, causing the freedom of prices on the market.
He indicated that SENACE will ensure price control in the market.
He further explained that with the aforementioned collaborative services, and with the support of the Provincial Executive, SENACE will accomplish its mission in Kwango. The team will be led by the provincial director, Trésor Mambi Ntangwasi, it is specified. ACP/
