Two provincial state services threatened with evacuation of ITIPKA buildings in Kasaï Central

Kananga, June 19th, 2021 (CPA).– The Provincial Principal Inspectorate and the Provincial Directorate of Payroll Control Service of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Trades (FPM) are threatened with evacuation of the buildings provisionally acquired in the enclosure of the Industrial and Vocational Technical Institute of Katoka (ITIPKA) (ex EPRO) in Kananga, by the provincial coordination of Catholic approved schools.

The provincial principal inspector, Mr. René Renard Kamuandu, who declared it on Friday to the CPA, complained of the destabilization of his state public service whose mission is to teach the trades to children and young people with a view to their self-management in the provinces.

He appealed to the provincial authorities to find a quick solution to accommodate their services whose importance in the training of children and young people is not to be demonstrated.

The provincial coordination of Catholic schools, for its part, is committed to this measure for obvious reasons, according to a concurring source. ACP/
