LNAFOOT: Black Dolphins proclaims his innocence and claims his points acquired against Mazembe

Kinshasa, June 19^th, 2021 (CPA).- The AS Dauphin Noir of Goma has proclaimed its innocence following the crime inflicted on it for the benefit of TP Mazembe of Lubumbashi and claims without any other form of trial the three precious points dearly acquired on the playing area, learned the CPA on Friday from the communication direction of the green and black team of North Kivu.

Dauphin Noir affirms to hold documents of proof of payment of a good part of the fine, on May 20, 2021, a few hours before the kick-off of the said match and had subsequently reached an agreement with the hierarchy of the National Football League (LINAFOOT) about the difference, which was moreover settled within the agreed period.

Mazembe’s first attempt at bad maneuvers was discouraged by LINAFOOT, who told the Lubumbashi club that Dauphin Noir had shown his goodwill by paying a large deposit before the match and that he could not be penalized. It was a bad surprise that came from the ad hoc Commission of the Congolese Federation of Association Football (FECOFA) where Mazembe appealed, which decided to forfeit the Goma club. The latter, who believes that this decision has been fabricated, went to the Executive Committee in remembrance to restore it to its rights. The administrative feud is therefore far from over between the parties directly concerned.

1. Club remains calm and declares itself champion 2020-2021

AS V. Club, heavily sanctioned by the ad hoc FECOFA Commission for the benefit of TP Mazembe, which, as a result of this now occupies its first place in the standings, declared that it remains calm and understands that she won the 26th National Football League Championship (LINAFOOT).
