Kinshasa, October 13th, 2026 (CPA).- At the request of a national member of parliament, a large delegation comprising the national Minister of Infrastructure and the Director General of the Office of Roads and Drainage conducted an inspection visit to assess the condition of several streets in Kasa-Vubu municipality, in central Kinshasa.
“We visited Lisala, Gambela, Éthiopie and Opala avenues, passing through the Force roundabout in Kasa-Vubu, together with Minister John Banza and the Director General of the Office of Roads and Drainage, to show them the most urgent needs,” said Jerry Dikala, elected representative of the Funaelectoral constituency.
“I believe we must trust the Head of State, Félix Tshisekedi, as well as the Minister of Infrastructure, who, like us, is a man in the field. Given everything he has seen, I believe a solution will be found soon,” he said.According to him, the initiative was undertaken as part of his advocacy efforts to defend the rights of his constituents.“As an elected representative of the people, we will not stop here. This time, we will visit Bandalungwa, Ngiri-Ngiri and several other municipalities. The population must continue to trust the Head of State and those of us advocating for the needs of our Funa electoral constituency,” he concluded.
